  • Division 3 New Windsor Eagles prevailed with a 28-13 victory over Highland Falls!
  • The Eagles were able to win this highly anticipated game over Highland Falls with touchdowns by M. Myers (#56), A. Zanatich (#5) QB, and the NW Eagles rookie J. Scurlock (#52), who had an amazing 58-yard run. With the help of J. Denton (#30) the Eagles were able to earn four extra points with two successful point-after kicks, reinforcing their 15-point lead over Highland.
  • THE EAGLES DEFENSE WILL NOT BE DENIED… Click to Enlarge...
  • With the help of the eagle-eyed precision of J. Spanakos, and S. Bohr with their fumble recoveries, the Eagles defense could not be stopped.
  • With a bone crushing tackle in the backfield by R. Malcolm (#99), and S. Bohr (#44), Highland took a 7-yard loss quickly. This adrenaline rush led the way for two sacks – one made by A. Lightbody (#87), and another joint effort by M. Malgieri (#6), and F. Pierri (#14).
  • Two successful interceptions made by J. Denton (#30) with a 20-yard run, and A. Moore (#46) on the 31 yard line. But, that wasn’t the last Highland would see of A. Moore, as he was able to block one of their punts as well. Click to Enlarge...
  • However, none of these successful plays would have been possible without the Eagles Offensive/Defense lines of: D. Arnold (#15), N. Armstrong (#21), M. Drake (#78), P. Harden (#24), X. McAllister (#98), J. McLoughlin (#66), S. O’Connor (#97), A. Peluso (#95), B. Pender (#34), A. Petutis (#8), T. Schlett (#47), J. Sheppard (#3), A. Shiflet (#1), J. White (#12).
  • WE WILL ROCK YOU…
  • The Eagles Cheerleaders definitely helped cheer our boys to victory this week with their high-flying acrobatics, and crowd pleasing chants. Being led by S. Spellman, M. Vasquez, and M. Bedetti – "Green, Silver & White" could not be stopped.
