041017 - New Windsor vs Warwick Gold
- This Sunday, October 16, the Mighty Mite Eagles hosted the Warwick's Gold Team in New Windsor at the Mt. Airy Sports Complex in what had been the coldest Sunday all season. The linebackers for New Windsor this week did a great job this weekend holding back a valiant effort by Warwick, Matt Skowranskia, Geo Marrero, Ian Mullarkey, Noah Fields, and Matty Carlone. Anything that got passed them was stopped by cornerbacks Lucas Donnellan, LJ Lucas, Bobby O'Neil, and Maxx McKever. Playing safety and running back was Justin "Credible" Mitchell with great runs and great stops. Linemen Isaiah Walters, Taylor Williams, Rob Zaloga, Chris "Terminator" Bowman, Ryan Skivington, and Alex Justi, all did fantastic jobs making great plays up field.
- Quarterback Geo Marrero had great handoffs and ran the ball numerous times for tremendous gains, handing the ball off to Jerome McKever who also did a fantastic job. Justin "Credible" Mitchell had beautiful carries to send the Eagles soaring up field. Matt Skoranskia and Ryan Skivington carried the ball to drive the offense up field. The Eagles will face Wallkill this weekend for the last game of the season.
041010 - New Windsor vs Washingtonville Gators
- Mighty Mite Eagles Face Washingtonville Gators.
- The New Windsor Mighty Mite Eagles traveled to Lasser Park last week to face the Gatos in what proved to be a great game.
- Running backs Jerome McKever, Justin "Credible" Mitchell, and Matt Skoranskia all did great jobs sending the Eagles up the field. Quarterback Geo Marrero had flawless handoffs and passes to assist the offense.
- Cornerbacks Maxx McKever, Lionel Lucas, Lucas Donnelan, Ryan Skivington, and Matt "Moose" Ulrich, all had great stops to send the Gators back.
- The dynamic duo of Rob Zaloga and Issaih Walters made great plays in the backfield as they send the Gators for a loss of yards. Bobby O'Neil, Taylor Williams, Matty Carlone, Joey Martinez, Ian "Mouth" Mullarkey, Chris Bowman, Alex Justi, and Noah Fields all did great jobs in what has been our most exciting game of the season.
- A special thanks to the cheerleaders who always do a wonderful job getting the crowd involved, and for always being there for their team.
041003 - New Windsor vs Wallkill
- This weekend the Eagles hosted Wallkill at Mt. Airy Sports Complex in New Windsor.
- The Mighty mites did a great job this weekend, led by quarterbacks Ian Mullarkey and Geo Marrero. Justin Mitchell, "BIG" Matt Skoranski, Ryan Skivington, Geo Marrero, and Ian Mullarkey all did great jobs running the ball for the Eagles. On the defensive end Robert Zaloga and Isaiah Walters had countless stops in the backfield to hold back the offensive drive by Wallkill.
- Cornerback, Maxx McKever, had a great stop pushing one of Wallkill's backs out of bounds. Also on the defensive end were Ian Jenkiliet, Matty Carlone, Taylor Williams, Noah Fields, Matt "Moose" Ulrich, Jerome McKever, Joey "Bone Crusher" Martinez, Chris Bowman, and Lionel " LJ" Lucas, who all did a great job holding off the opposition.
- Playing center with great snaps were Lucas Donnelan and Alex Justi, who made a great impact also making critical stops on defense.
- On behalf of head coach Giovanni Marrero I would like to thank the volunteers that help coach and organize the functions it is greatly appreciated and you are all valued.
040926 - New Windsor vs Newburgh
- The Eagles traveled to the Town of Newburgh today to face the Giants in what was truly a great game.
- Alex Justi the center did a great job snapping the ball to quarterback Geo Marrero who demonstrated great leadership completing great plays, throwing the ball for a completion to Matt Skowronski. Matt, Ian Mullarkey, and Justin Mitchell all did fantastic on both sides of the ball, making key stops to hold off the Giants and great runs to move the Eagles up the field.
- Taylor Williams, Rob Zaloga, Isaiah Walters, Joe Martinez, Chris Bowman, Bobby O'niel, and Matt "Moose" Ulrich did a tremendous job on the line to hold off the Giants powerful defense. With great plays at the linebackers positions were LJ Lucas, Noah Fields, Ryan Skivington, Matt Skowranski, Geo Marrero, Jerome Mckever, and Ian Mullarkey.
- Cornerbacks Matty Carlone, Maxx McKever did great holding off running backs from the Giants. Playing safety for the Eagles were Justin Mitchell and Alex Justi who made critical stops and both putting explosive hits on the opposition.
040919 - New Windsor vs Middletown Bears
- The Eagles hosted the Middletown Bears at Mt. Airy Sports Complex for their third game of the season. The Eagles played a terrific game today in what was the most challenging game of the season so far.
- Geo Marrero quarterbacked today throwing for an impressive pass to wide out Matt Skowronski for a completion (This was the first completion to throw for the season). Matt also ran the ball well today in the along with Justin Mitchell and Isaiah Walters.
- The Eagles did a great job holding off the Bears offense stopping plays behind the line of scrimmage. Joey Martinez, Rob Zaloga, Taylor Williams, Chris Bowman, Matty Carlone, and Ian Mullarkey held off the defense in order to complete passes and handoffs.
- Maxx McKever, Jerome McKever, Lucas Donnellan, Ryan Skivington, Bobby O'niel, Noah Fields, LJ Lucas, and Moose Ulrich all did great jobs today. Alex Justi debuted as center today and did an amazing job snapping the ball. Isaiah Walters also debuted today in his first game as a running back.
- On behalf of the Team and the league we would like to thank George Meyers and Mike Napoli for their support and hard work they have put forth, we would also like to thank the Town of New Windsor, without a great community we would not have a great program.
040912 - New Windsor vs Warwick Purple
- The Eagles traveled to Warwick to face the Warwick Purple in what turned out to be a great game.
- Lucas Donnellan the center, did a great job snapping the ball and blocking up field. Ian Jenkeleit played inside linebacker coming up with impressive stops to hold back Warwick.
- Justin Mitchell, Geo Marrero and Matt Skowronski all had great runs as they carried the ball for impressive yardage. Noah Fields, Bobby O'niel, Alex Justi, and Lionel "LJ" Lucas pressed dynamic pressure to hold off Warwick.
- Ian Mullarkey and Geo Marrero both quarterbacked to send the Eagles off.
040905 - New Windsor vs Washingtonville Tigers
- The Mighty Mites from New Windsor played their first game at Mt. Airy Sports Complex against the Washingtonville Tigers.
- Justin Mitchell had a great day running the ball, Geo Marrero also ran the ball well both making great defensive plays. Ian Mullarkey had a magnificent game as the Eagles Quarterback displaying great leadership and flawless handoffs.
- On the defensive end Isaiah Walters and Rob Zaloga had teamed up to make great defensive stops on the line to hold back the Tigers. Ryan "Ry Ry" Skivington had great plays at cornerback, Taylor Williams, Matt "Moose" Ulrich, Chris Bowman, and Matty Carlone all did great to hold off the Tigers offense.
- The McKever brothers, Maxx and Jerome, both did great jobs as they effortlessly held the Tigers running backs.
- And a special thanks to the coaching staff and the parents who participate in our programs.
